While we believe you'll be very happy with your selection, you might wind up feeling otherwise. To make it right, Triple Sports allows customers to make returns on most of its product lines. It's not forever, though. You'll have 30 days from the day your purchase arrived on the doorstep. All original packaging and tags as well as the product in an unused condition must be returned in order to receive a refund. Damaged or used products cannot be returned. Damaged or incomplete product packaging will result in a 15 percent restocking fee.
In most cases, items that were shipped for free, but returned for refund will be subject to a 10 percent restocking fee.
Because happy customers seem to perform better in events, we've hammered out a lenient return and exchange policy that we think you'll like. If it doesn't fit, it doesn't look good, if your sister got you the same thing for your birthday, just send it back for a refund or exchange. Just let us know by email at firstname.lastname@example.org or by phone at 866-994-1174 how we can help make you happy. There are some limits, though.
Sale and clearance items cannot be returned or, in some cases, exchanged. We do not cover return shipping costs and the customer is responsible for any and all shipping involved in an exchange. Nor do we accept returned nutritional products. After all, no one likes used Clif bars.
Electronics + Media
Returns on electronics and media - including GPS watches, cycling computers, waterproof music players, DVDs, tempo trainers, lap counters and other battery-operated products - are accepted only on unusued and unopened items. Defective items will be repaired or replaced in accordance with manufacturer policy. Visit the appropriate manufacturer's website for software updates, advanced technical support or warranty information. In most cases, a dated, original receipt is required for warranty repair or replacement.
If you received a gift from someone who shopped at Triple Sports and it just didn't work out, send it back with an invoice and we'll be happy to make exchanges for other products. Don't have the invoice? In most case, we'll credit you with the last available purchase price.
