shipping and handling
As online shoppers, we figure you're like us and want your stuff as soon as possible. Well, we aim to do just that. Below is more information on how your orders are processed and sent out to you.
Some items in our catalog are not stocked and only are available as special orders. These items are subject to additional delays in shipping, but will generally ship in 5-7 business days. Triple Sports also occasionally offers discounts on items labeled as special orders. For more information, contact our customer service department.
Carriers: Our freight carriers include Federal Express, United Parcel Service and the United States Postal Service. Shipping costs vary based on weight and distance. If you would like to ship using your own shipping account number, please email us at email@example.com. Shipping charges will be applied to all orders that do not qualify for free shipping.
Calculating shipping: For your convenience, a mini shopping cart is located in the left column of store pages. Enter the zip code to receive an estimate on shipping cost. Additionally, shipping costs will be displayed while proceeding through the checkout process. After information is entered, you will be shown a page with shipping options and costs in a menu at the bottom of the page. We reserve the right to modify shipping charges. Any added shipping fees will be confirmed with the customer.
Most international deliveries ship via the United States Postal Service. Smaller items that fit in 11 x 8.5 x 5.5 (inches) or 13.625 x 11.875 x 3.375 (inches) boxes generally ship to Canada and Mexico for $25.00. shipping in 12" x 12" x 5.5" (inches) boxes to Canada and Mexico generally costs $30.00. Shipments to all other countries we serve are $40 for smaller boxes and $50 for larger boxes. Email firstname.lastname@example.org if you have additional shipping questions.
Order Status + Tracking: You will receive via email a tracking number from the selected shipping agency when your order is on its way. Some email programs classify these messages as spam and route them to a junk mail folder. Please determine whether this has occured before calling for order status information. For best results, email email@example.com if you have any questions about the status of your order. Or, you can always call us toll free at 866-994-1174.
Shipping Delays: While we make every effort to get you what you need as soon as possible, bad weather, power outages and other unforeseen problems can and do arise.
Some products may be unavailable. You will be notified when any of your items are not currently available and be provided an estimated ship date. Estimated dates are not guaranteed. Global logistical challenges can and often do alter product arrival dates. We are happy to refund your purchase if a product will not be available in the time you desire. If requested, partial orders will be shipped immediately and completed as soon as the backordered item arrives from the manufacturer. Backordered products usually ship free to U.S. addresses.
